RNI - Radio Northsea International
We at R.N.I would like to pay tribute to Norbert Semmler who founded Radio Northsea Germany.
We learnt the sad news that Norbert had recently passed away. His work and contribution to both Radio and indeed R.N.I will not be forgotten. I am very sad that I did not get the chance to work with Norbert but this website and R.N.I will never forget him. At 8pm on Sunday the 24.9.11 the English International Service fell silent for two minuets as a tribute to Norbert and his involvement and dedication to this station. Norbert will always be with us and in our hearts he will always watch over the station that he loved so much. I'm sure he will look down at us and still listen to his beloved R.N.I. God Bless you Norbert.

	Es gleitet des Lebens Nachen weglos im Nebelgrau. Ob wir träumen oder wachen, keiner weiß es genau. Die wütende Woge brandet brüllend um Bug und Kiel. Keiner weiß, wo er landet, keiner kennt sein Ziel. Bis wir in Nacht und Grauen, wind- und wetterumweht, mit Augen der Ewigkeit schauen Den, der am Steuer steht.
